You can use multi-unit projects for recalls, campaigns, and seasonal activities. Multi-unit projects are not related to multi-unit work orders.
Multi-unit projects offer the following benefits:
Choose which best fits the project: service requests or work orders
Track progress and completion in one location
Quickly modify multiple work orders with the same change
Add additional equipment
Add additional tasks
Manage parts required with parts lists
Create an audit trail of the work performed
Manage warranty recovery
The Multi-Unit Projects menu provides access to the following screens:
Identifying information about work orders for multi-unit projects
Assign equipment units to multi-unit projects
