Attributes


The Attributes tab enables you to associate attribute groups with locations. Attributes enable you to add and customize information about locations.

Detail Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Location ID

Identifier of the location currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. The location name displays to the right of the ID.

Detail View

Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to associate a calendar with the location. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.

Attributes Group Data Table

The screen group enables you to provide details about the location attributes.

Delete

To delete the entries in the fields to the right, which define a work shift for the location, place a check in this field and click Save.

Attribute ID

The identifier of the attribute you are looking at or editing.

Name

The name of the attribute. This is a display only field.

Text Value

Text associated with the attribute. This field has a list box. Optional if input type is either blank or TEXT. Otherwise, this field must be blank. Maximum field length is 30 characters.

Numeric Value

Numeric value associated with the attribute. Optional if input type is either blank or NUMERIC. Otherwise, this field must be blank. Maximum field length is 8 characters.

Date and time value

Date (in MM/DD/YYYY format) associated with the attribute. Optional if input type is either blank or DATE. Otherwise, this field must be blank.

Comments

Text comment associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 60 characters.

Path and file name

Path and file name associated with the attribute. Maximum field length is 255 characters.
