Basic Info (Addresses) |
The Addresses screen enables you to define the address for deliveries. This information is required on locations that are defined as inventory locations.
Address ID
Identifier of the address currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. The address description displays to the right of the ID. When you create a new address, clicking New will set an auto ID for the Address ID, starting with AUTO-1, AUTO-1, etc.
Address
The address fields in the bottom section of this tab list the address or post office box of the ID. Maximum field length for each line is 40 characters. This is the first line of the address with additional fields below labeled as follows:

This checkbox will be checked if the address ID was generated when a user adds a pin to a map. If this checkbox is checked, the address ID will not display in system choice-lists.
