Adjustment Reason Codes |
The Adjustment Reason Codes screen enables you to define adjustment reason codes and associate them with account IDs. You can apply the codes to parts adjustments, fuel adjustments, and production requests and runs (the latter made through the Production Planning module).
Tracking the account ID on an adjustment can help you reconcile the transaction with your organization’s general ledger.
Note: When you use a reason code on a part adjustment transaction, the account ID on the adjustment defaults.
The Adjustment Reason Codes screen has one tab, Basic Info. The field in the top section of the tab enables you to create an adjustment reason code.
