Part Requests


The Requests screen enables shop personnel to display and fulfill requests for parts that are in stock but not immediately accessible. It also enables shop personnel to print a control label when a part is requested rather than having to wait until the part is issued. For on-demand orders (i.e., parts that are requested but not currently on hand), it links the related work order to the purchase order, and reminds the parts clerk upon receipt.

Detail View

Data in the detail view area of window provides more information about the notification process.

Parts Information

Provides you with more information about fulfilling requests for parts.

Output Control

Provides the option to print a control label for the part.
