Statistics

The Statistics tab displays information, by month and year, about motor pool activity for reservations assigned to a vehicle type.

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Pool vehicle/resource type

Type of pool vehicle selected in the grid. This field has a list box. The type description displays to the right of the field.

The fields in the bottom section of this tab display the statistics. All fields are display only.

Year

The year to which the information in the columns to the right pertain.

Month

The month to which the information in the columns to the right pertain.

Meter units operated

Number of meter units that pool vehicles of this type were operated during the month.

Days used

Number of days that pool vehicles of this type were operated during the month.

Hours used

Number of hours that pool vehicles of this type were operated during the month.

Late days used

Number of days in the month that pool vehicles of this type were operated during a reservation period after they were due for return.

Late hours used

Number of hours during the month that pool vehicles of this type were operated during a reservation period after they were due for return.

No-shows

Number of times that pool vehicles of this type were not picked up for a confirmed reservation during the month.

Qty units dispatched

Number of equipment units of this pool vehicle type that were dispatched during the month.

Qty units returned

Number of equipment units of this pool vehicle type that were returned to dispatch locations during the month.
