Status |
The Status tab displays information regarding the production run, including status, dates (created, activated, completed, canceled), quantity pending, and total costs accumulated.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can search on run ID, stage, part ID and suffix, requested or required date, and production ID, among others.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Run ID
Identifier of the production run. Automatically generated by the application. This field is display only.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab display information regarding the production run.
Status
Status of the production run. This field has a list box:
PENDING
ACTIVE
COMPLETED
CANCELED
Note: If the number of rebuilt units associated with a CLOSED work order equals the quantity required and the status is ACTIVE, the status changes to COMPLETED and the Date and time completed field auto-populates.
Date and time created
Date and time (in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format) that the work order was opened. This field is display only.
Date and time activated
Date and time (in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format) that the work order was status was changed to ACTIVE. Defaults to the current date and time, but you can change it. Must be later than the date and time created.
Date and time completed
Date and time (in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format) that the work order's status was changed to COMPLETED. Defaults to the current date and time, but you can change it. Must be later than the creation and activation dates and times.
Date and time canceled
Date and time (in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format) that the work order's status was changed to CANCELED. Defaults to the current date and time, but you can change it. Must be later than the date and time created.
Quantity completed
Number of work orders listed on the Units tab with a status of CLOSED. If there are no closed work orders, 0 (zero) displays in this field. This field increments by 1 for every completed part associated with a production run on the Completion tab of the Data -> Parts Repair -> Internal Rebuilds screen.
Quantity pending
Number of parts that are intended to be rebuilt; listed on the Units tab with a status of PENDING. Calculated as quantity required minus quantity completed. If there are no closed work orders, 0 (zero) displays in this field.
Number of work orders
Number of work orders generated and listed on the Units tab. If there are no work orders, 0 (zero) displays in this field.
Total costs accumulated
The sum of all labor and parts costs displayed on the Units tab, including multiple work orders.
