Order Header Types |
The Order Header Types screen enables you to define the types of headers that print on purchase orders.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Purchase order header type
Identifier of the header type currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, the header type description displays to the right of the ID.
Data in the bottom section of this tab define information about the header type. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.
Description
Description of the header type. A check in any of the following fields indicates the type of orders for which the type of header is permitted:
Use on conventional orders
Use on quick orders
Use on warranty repair orders
Use on non-warranty repair orders
