Usage History |
The Usage History tab displays the charge record for a tool.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on tool ID, tool type, location ID, and current status.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Tool ID
Unique identifier of the tool currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the tool is already defined, the name displays to the right of the ID. Maximum field length is 30 characters.
Data in the fields at the bottom section of this tab enable you to view a tool's usage history. All fields are display only.
Date and time returned
Date and time (in MMDDYYYY format) that the tool was checked in.
Date and time issued
Date and time (in MMDDYYYY format) that the tool was checked out.
Employee ID
Identifier of the employee who checked out the tool.
Name
Name of the employee associated with the ID.
Hours used
Number of hours that the tool was used.
Cost
Cost of the time that the tool was used; charged to the work order.
Work order ID
Identifier of the work order on which the tool was used.
Task ID
Identifier of the task on which the tool was used.
Equipment ID
Identifier of the equipment on which the tool was used.
Account ID
Identifier of the account associated with the work order.
