Warranty Statuses


The Statuses screen enables you to define whether a specific warranty claim status, such as APPROVED OR CLOSED, indicates that the claim is settled, closed, or both.

The grid displays the warranty status either currently selected or that you are defining. All fields are optional.

Status

The warranty claim status. You may define as many statuses as you want. You can create a new status or select one from the list box.

Detail View

Indicates settlement

If this field has a check, the status indicates that the warranty claim has been settled.

Indicates the claim is closed

If this field has a check, the status indicates that the warranty claim has been closed.
