The Part tab enables you to display details about parts and locations that meet the restrictions in the filter.

• Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on location ID, part ID/suffix from and to, and bin ID from and to. You can specify that print labels be printed for specific locations. To print labels for all locations, leave the location ID blank in the filter.

Data in the fields on the bottom section of this tab specify the part. All fields are display only.

Location ID

Identifier of the inventory location, if any, as restricted by the filter. This field has a list box limited to inventory location. The location name displays to the right of the ID.

Locations are associated with site types on the Functions tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.

Part ID

Identifier of the part, if any, as restricted by the filter. This field has a list box. The part description displays to the right of the ID.

Part suffix

Number associated with the part in the Part ID field.

Bin ID

Identifier of the bin in which the part is stored. This field has a list box. The bin description displays to the right of the ID.
