The Advanced Info tab for controls displays additional information about controls. Only system administrators can update data on this tab.
To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on screen ID, window ID, control order, default title, and grid order.
The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that displays.
Screen ID
Identifier of the screen on which the control appears. This field has a list box. The screen name displays to the right of the ID.

Window ID
Identifier of the window in which the control appears. This field has a list box. The window name displays to the right of the ID.

The bottom section of the tab displays the advanced information about the controls. For users, all fields are display only.
Table name
Name of the table that contains the information displayed by and/or written to by the control. To determine the table name for a specific field, see How to display a field's properties (screen, window, and control IDs; and table and column name).
Column name
Name of the column in the Table name field that contains the information displayed by and/or written to by the control. To determine the column name for a specific field, see How to display a field's properties (screen, window, and control IDs; and table and column name).
Flags
Special attributes of the control:
A: Control always displays
H: Hidden
M: Control displays in mixed case
V: Application attempts to validate the control
c: Clear field when user processes a Copy Data
t: Control displays in fixed-width font
Validation
Identifier of the validation (if any) applied to values specified in the control.
Valid struct ID
Identifier of the data structure used when validating values specified in the control.
Control group ID
Identifier of the control that defines a scrollable region (screen group) to which the control belongs (if any).
Help ID
Identifier of the help topic associated with the control
Filter
Specifies whether the control appears in the filter and sort dialog boxes.
F: The control displays in the Filter dialog box
S: The control displays in the Sort dialog box
Y: The control displays in both the Filter and Sort dialog boxes
N: The control does not display in either the Filter or Sort dialog box
New value on copy
If this field has a check, the value in the control clears when the Prepare to Copy button is pressed.
Log key value
If this field has a check, the value in the control displays in the Key values field on the System Mgmt -> Activity Log screen.
Join linkage
Number that joins rows in the screen's main table to rows in scrollable regions on the same screen.
Default sort
Number that specifies whether rows in the screen or scrollable region in which the control appears are ordered by values in this control.
Update key
Number that specifies whether the control is the update key for the table to which it writes for the screen on which the control appears.
