System Management -> Setup -> Screen Design -> Controls

The Choice List tab for controls enables you to specify how to determine which values to display in the controls list box. Only system administrators can update data on this tab. To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on screen ID, window ID, control order, default title, and grid order.
