Note: The optional Labor Capture module must be installed to use this tab.
The Task Completion tab records the completion status of all work order tasks. This tab contains data only after you place a check in the Stop current entry field on the Labor Capture tab for a labor capture entry type of WORK ORDER. This tab lists all tasks currently listed on the work order. It also lists the PM service or inspection on a PM order and any PM services or inspections listed as tasks on a repair order. For each PM service or inspection listed, this tab also lists each checklist item (PM task) included in the PM service or inspection.

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Employee ID
Note: If there is a check in the Require password for employee labor capture field on the Options tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Options screen, you must complete the Password field before the current assignment information will display.
Valid identifier of the employee to which the current labor entry will be charged. This field has a list box. The employee’s name displays to the right of the ID.
Password
If there is a check in the Require password for employee labor capture field on the Options tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Options screen, you must enter a password to display the current assignment information.
User IDs are associated with employee IDs on the Basic Info tab of the System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Users screen.
The data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab define the completion status.
Done
If this field has a check, the task was completed. The completion is recorded in the Tasks (TSK_MAIN) table. The Task Completion tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Work Order Completion screen is also updated to reflect the ID of the employee who marked the task as completed.
Task ID
Identifier of the task that describes the work. Display only.
Related PM service
PM service (designated by the letters A through Z) or inspection type with which the task ID is associated. Information displays in this field only when the Task type field on the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Tasks -> Primary Information screen specifies that the task ID is a PM TASK. Display only.
