Attributes

The Attributes tab enables you to define and associate attributes with a specific purchase order or line item on the purchase order. Examples of attributes include purchase terms, shipping terms, FOB information, late penalties, and reference numbers. Information on this tab may be edited on CLOSED purchase orders.

User-defined attributes also can be used to add standardized comments to a purchase order. An attribute can have associated default values, which are then filled in for you when you assign the attribute to a purchase order.

The Purchase Orders screen supports location-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
