Repair work orders |
FASuite includes the following information on the hard copy of repair work orders:
Warning messages if the unit (or linear asset):
Is still under warranty.
Is late for a scheduled PM or will be due for PM within the PM message criteria values. (For equipment units, go to the Meter Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Equipment Class -> Primary Information screen. For linear assets, go to the Individual PM tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Linear Assets -> Primary Information screen.)
Is late for a statutory inspection.
Is ready for disposition. (For equipment units, go to the Status tab on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen.)
Requires approval on the order because the estimated cost is not less than the unit’s approval level.
Pending service requests (deferred maintenance) about the unit (or asset) that have been associated with the work order.
Service request description and any comments associated with the service request.
Complete text of all comments.
List of other work orders currently open for the same equipment unit (or asset).
Task codes and task descriptions of all tasks defined for the work order, as well as procedures defined for any of these tasks. This includes tasks that are part of repair groups or standards.
Special list of any expected tasks under a repair group from which any task in the group was previously performed on the unit (or asset) within the comeback range. (Comeback ranges are specified on the Meter Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Equipment Class -> Primary Information screen.)
