Acquisition - required fields to insert an equipment unit |
The following fields on the Acquisition tab of the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen may, under certain circumstances, require entries in order to insert an equipment unit.
Conditionally Required by System Setup
Entries on the Status tab on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Life-Cycle Status Codes screen determine whether in-service and delivery dates are required:
Delivery date - Planned: Required if the Status denotes that unit is active field is blank.
Delivery date - Actual: Required if the Status denotes that unit is active field does have a check (ü).
In service date - Planned: Required if the Status denotes that unit is active field is blank.
In service date - Actual: Required if the Status denotes that unit is active field does have a check (ü).
Conditionally Required by Life-Cycle Status Codes
Entries on the General Info tab on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Options screen determine whether authorization ID is required:
Authorization ID - Required if there is a check (ü) in the Require valid equipment planning project in equipment authorization ID field.
