To add charges per meter units, use the following procedure:

Step 1.  Calculates the number of meter units used.

Step 2.  If there is a non-zero (0) value in the Qty free meter 1 units per day field on the Rental Rates tab of the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Setup -> Pool Vehicle Types screen, FASuite multiplies the value by the number of days used, as calculated and adjusted in step 3 of Rental charge calculation of motor pool vehicles.

Step 3.  Subtracts the total number of free meter units allowed from the number of meter units used.

Step 4.  Multiplies the remaining meter units in the Rate per meter 1 unit field on the Rental Rates tab of the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Setup -> Pool Vehicle Types screen.
