To calculate basic charges for usage time, FASuite calculates the basic usage charges for hours, days, weeks, and months.

FASuite applies the appropriate rental rate to the calculated  usage time. See Calculation and adjustment of usage time.

The rental rate is specified on the Rental Rates tab of the Data -> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Setup -> Pool Vehicle Types screen. The pool vehicle type is specified in the Pool vehicle type for rental rates field on the Vehicle Requirements tab of the Data-> Equipment Activity -> Motor Pool -> Motor Pool Center screen.
