Incident Statuses |
The Statuses screen enables you to define the statuses used to manage incident reports. The information specified on this screen is used in choice lists on other incident management screens, including the Delays and Accidents screens.
Status
The status that you are defining or that is currently displayed in the grid. This field is required, and the status must be unique. The maximum field length is 20 characters. This field has a list box:
REPORTED
FOLLOW UP REQUIRED
UNDER INVESTIGATION
CLOSED
VOID
The status description displays to the right.
Note: You cannot delete a status that is being used on an incident.
Description
Description of the status. The maximum field length is 30 characters. This field is optional.
Indicates incident is closed and cannot be changed
If this field has a check, users may not update any incident information. Users may, however, enter notes regarding the incident. Notes are entered on the Notes tab of the Data -> Incident Management -> Incident Management screen.
