Location-level access control - Motor Pool Center

If there is a check (ü) in the Grant access to data only for authorized location IDs field on the Special Rights tab of the System Mgmt > Setup -> Access Rights -> User Groups screen for all the user groups to which you are assigned, location level access controls are in effect.

If location security is in effect:

To view a reservation, you must belong to a user group that has a check (ü) in the View field on the System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Rights Templates -> Location Access screen for either the dispatch location ID or the return location ID.
To modify reservations with a status of CONFIRMED, DISPATCHED, NO-SHOW, STANDBY, COMMITTED, REFUSED, or EXPIRED, you must belong to a user group that has modify rights for the reservation’s dispatch location ID.
To modify reservations with a status of either RETURNED or LATE, you must belong to a user group that has modify rights for the reservation's return location ID. (User group modification rights are specified on the System Mgmt -> Setup -> Access Rights -> Rights Templates -> Control Rights Template screen.)
