Files (Multi-unit Projects - Primary Information) |
The Files tab enables you to view and insert links to files associated with multi-unit projects. Examples include a scanned document or a photograph. If a project has related files, they are transferred to subsequently generated work orders or service requests.
Note: Files added to the project after the work order or service request is generated are not transferred automatically.
The Primary Information screen supports location-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on project ID, originator, begin/completion date, campaign number, and account ID, among other values. This tab displays a maximum of 500 group rows.
