Notes (Multi-unit Projects - Primary Information) |
The Notes tab enables you to view and record notes about a multi-unit project. Notes are comments stamped with the date and time entered and ID of the user who entered the information and are not modifiable. Notes are transferred to the service requests or work orders generated for the project. If there are notes associated with a project, this tab is flagged (highlighted) in the alert color specified on Preferences -> Color Setup.
The Primary Information screen supports location-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on project ID, originator, begin/completion date, campaign number, and account ID, among other values. This tab displays a maximum of 500 group rows.
The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that displays.
