Service Requests (Multi-unit Projects - Primary Information) |
The Service Requests tab displays details about the service requests generated for the project.
The Primary Information screen supports location-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on project ID, originator, begin/completion date, campaign number, and account ID, among other values. This tab displays a maximum of 9,999 group rows.
The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that displays.
Project ID
Identifier of the project currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, the project description displays to the right of the ID.
Status
The status of the project. This field is display only.
PENDING: There are no work orders or service requests associated with the project; the work orders or service requests associated with the project have a status other than CLOSED
COMPLETED: The work orders or service requests associated with the project have a status of CLOSED
The fields in the bottom section of the tab display information regarding open service requests for equipment units associated with the project. All fields are display only.
Equipment ID
Identifier of the equipment unit.
Shop
Identifier of the shop to which the equipment unit is assigned for repairs.
Status
Status of the service request. The statuses are as follows:
PENDING: The service request is not associated with a work order.
OPEN: The service request is associated with a work order.
FINISHED: The work required on the work order with which this service request is associated has been finished.
CLOSED: The work order with which this service request is associated has been closed.
REJECTED: The service request was rejected.
Date time entered
Date and time the service request was created.
Assigned to work order
Work order number to which the service request is assigned.
Service request ID
Unique, system-generated identifier for the service request.
