Operator Renumbering


The Operator Renumbering screen enables you to display and insert changes to operator IDs.

Alert:

Prior to renumbering Operator IDs, verify that your organization does not have any MAXQueue Custom Interfaces, Notifications, Approvals or other MAXQueue Integration Modules that are using triggers against the tables affected by renumbering Operator IDs.

If you have MAXQueue Custom Interfaces, Notifications, Approvals or other MAXQueue Integration Modules do use triggers against the affected tables, momentarily disable these through the MAXQueue Designer. After renumbering Operator IDs, enable these services again.

The screen has one tab, Renumber.

Field Names and Descriptions

Old operator ID

Operator's previous (old) identifier. It must be a valid operator ID. This field has a list box. The unlabeled field to the right displays the operator's description.

New operator ID

New, unique identifier of the operator. Free-form text field. All history associated with the operator is automatically updated to reflect the new ID.
