Part Manufacturers |
The Part Manufacturers screen enables you to view and define part manufacturers. You also can deactivate part manufacturers. You may not delete a part manufacturer that is listed on a part primary, part location, or tool primary record.
Part manufacturer ID
Identifier of the part manufacturer currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the manufacturer is already defined, its name displays to the right of the ID.
Name
Name of the manufacturer in the Part manufacturer ID field.
Active
If this field has a check, the manufacturer is active. A manufacturer must be active to be used on the Fleet Equipment, Equipment Types, and Parts - Primary Info screens.
Part catalog
If this field has a check, parts are mapped for the Documoto Illustrated Parts Catalog tool. This field is used in conjunction with the Part Catalog Mapping screen.
