The following actions are performed automatically when you process information on the Data -> Purchasing -> Quick Orders screen with a check (ü) in the Immediate receipt field on the Line Items tab.

• If there is a check (ü) in the Sales tax added by location for/Parts field on the Currency/Sales Tax Setup tab of the Data -> Setup -> Options screen, sales tax is added to each immediate receipt order.

• If there is a check (ü) in the Print receipt labels field on the Labels tab of the Data -> Parts Items -> Setup -> Options screen and a name in the Printer name field on the Output Control tab, labels for the quantity specified in the Label quantity field of the Line Items tab are printed.

• Dependent on the inventory pricing method (specified on the General tab of the Data -> Parts Items -> Setup -> Options screen), the price per issue unit of the part is adjusted.

• Records the purchase order ID to the part issue transaction.

Average inventory method: Adjusts the current average price for the part at the receiving location.

FIFO or LIFO methods: Adds a new lot at the receiving location for the quantity received, at the price specified for the order and receipt (plus sales tax).
