Additional Requirements (SLA) |
The Additional Requirements tab enables you to define the response requirements for a specific date and time period, such as a special event or holiday.
Tip: You must save the SLA before you can enter data on this tab. Saving the record creates the requirements periods.
The Primary Information screen supports department-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.
Service level agreement ID
Identifier of the service level agreement currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, its description displays to the right of the ID.
The fields in the screen group in the bottom section of this tab define the additional units required during a specific requirements period. These fields are optional.
Delete
To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.
Date
Beginning date (in MM/DD/YYYY format) to which the special requirements apply. Must be within the date range of the SLA.
Period begin time
Starting time (in HH:MM format) of the special requirements period.
Number of units required
Number of equipment units fleet management agrees to have available to the department during this requirements period. May be a positive or negative number, or zero.
