Units Required (SLA)


The Units Required tab enables you to define the number of units fleet management agrees to have available to the customer during each requirements period in the agreement term. Information updates take effect in the next requirement period after the change is recorded.

The fleet management agreement assumes that the department honors its own commitments concerning prompt delivery for PM (refer to the Response Requirements tab).

The Primary Information screen supports department-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Service level agreement ID

Identifier of the service level agreement currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, its description displays to the right of the ID.

Detail View

Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab define the number of units required during the requirements period. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are optional.

Day of the week

Day of the week for which the information in the following fields pertain. This field is display only.

Begin time

Starting time of the requirements period. Display only.

Number of units required

Number of equipment units fleet management agrees to have available to the department during this requirements period.
