Projects Assigned |
The Projects Assigned tab enables you to display information about the project IDs assigned to the template.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays in the fields in the tab area.
Project template ID
Identifier of the project template currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, the template description displays to the right of the ID.
You may modify the template ID on an equipment planning project if the project status is either REQUEST or PLANNED. Once a project status changes to ACTIVE, COMPLETE, or CANCELED, however, the template ID may not be changed.
The data fields in the bottom section of this tab display information about the projects assigned to the template. All fields are display only.
Total budgeted amount for projects assigned to template
Total amount of money budgeted for projects assigned to the template.
Number of projects assigned to template
Number of projects that have been assigned to the template.
The screen group in the bottom section of the tab displays information about projects assigned to the template.
Project ID
Identifier of the project assigned to the template. Projects are assigned to templates on the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Management -> Equipment Planning -> Projects screen.
Description
Description of the project ID. Display only from the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Management -> Equipment Planning -> Projects screen.
Originating location ID
Identifier of the originating location. Display only from the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Management -> Equipment Planning -> Projects screen.
Location name
Name of the originating location ID. Display only from the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.
Budgeted amount per equipment unit
Amount of money budgeted for each equipment unit included in the projects assigned to the template.
