Predictive Analytics |
The Predictive Analytics tab enables you to define, copy, update or delete Predictive Analytics data that is provided by a 3rd party interface, also known as a Data Science Partner (DSP).
The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that the application displays.
Alert ID
Editable field that allows you to search for an existing Alert ID to edit or enter data to define a new alert. Maximum field length is 30 characters.
The fields in the bottom section of this tab enable you to set basic information for the alert.
Insight ID
The Insight ID is generated by the DSP integrated through the Telematics Cloud interface and is linked to the Alert ID.
Priority
The Priority is generated by the DSP and is linked to the Alert ID. This field will contain a numeral respective to a priority level as described below.
Work accomplish code
A default Work Accomplish Code (WAC) is generated by the DSP for this alert. Once populated, the Work accomplish code description will populate in the right field. The WAC is used to create an initial Work Order for this alert.
This field has a list box. This field may be null.
System code
The System Code is generated by the 3rd party interface for this alert, and is used to generate a Task on the Work Order.
This field may be null.
Component
This field is the Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards (VMRS) assembly code associated with the insight. This field defaults to 000.
This field may be null.
Cause
The Cause is the explanation for the Alert. This field is generated by the 3rd party interface and will be transferred to the Task's Cause Notes field. If there is not an associated Cause for the Alert ID, this field will not display.
This field allows for multi-line and mixed case text.
Complaint
The Complaint is the Alert message. This field is generated by the 3rd party interface and will be transferred to the Task's Complaint Notes field. If there is not an associated Complate for the Alert ID, this field will not display.
