Holidays


The Holidays tab enables you to display and define the holiday work schedules for calendar IDs. To the software, a holiday is a day in which the work hours are different from the normal work hours. When you update information on this tab, the changes take effect after you use the Generate tab to compute the calendar.

Detail View Header

The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays.

Calendar ID

Identifier of the calendar currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. The description displays to the right of the ID.

Calendar based on time zone

The time zone this calendar is based on. This field is populated automatically according to the time zone of the application server.

Detail View

The bottom section of this tab contains the fields of data which define the holidays. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.

Holiday work hours

Delete

To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.

Date

Valid calendar date on which the holiday begins. Each date may be entered only once.

Begin Time

Two-digit hour (24-hour clock) and 2-digit minute at which the holiday’s work schedule begins. If there is no work on the holiday, type 00:00.

End time

Two-digit hour (24-hour clock) and 2-digit minute at which the holiday’s work schedule ends. If there is no work on the holiday, type 00:00.
