The Equipment Activity menu provides access to screens that enable you to track additional information for your fleet. You can define and display information about equipment unit activity, such as service requests/defects, status change by customer, fueling, usage, testing, special fees, accidents, multi-unit projects, and motor pools. You also can view recurring charges generated by end-of-month processing as transactional data.

The menu includes the following screens:

Service Requests/Defects

Record deferred maintenance for equipment

Meter Update

View current status of equipment unit's meter, update the meter reading, and view the history of the meter reading

Allocation and Assignment

Information not available at time of release

Assignment Request

Information not available at time of release

Recurring Charges

View recurring charges generated by end-of-month processing as transactional data

Fueling

Access to screens that post charges for fuel transactions, define the automated fuel system that is to pass data to the application for processing, and setup options that pertain to fueling and that define automated fuel systems

Usage

Access to screens that post charges for usage transactions and control how usage functions are performed

Testing

Access to screens that set up tests and display their results

Special Fees

Access to screens associated with special fees (such as licenses, emissions, highway, special access, or registration fees)

Accidents

Record accident information, which can be linked to a work order

Multi-unit Projects

Record and track manufacturer recalls or planned maintenance for equipment; define multi-unit projects by maintenance class, PM class, department, serial number range, manufacturer ID, model ID, year, and so forth

Motor Pool

Access to screens that manage motor pools, including availability statistics, reservations, availability, and set up
