Crew |
The Crew tab enables you to assign crews to schedules. When you dispatch trips using the Dispatch Trips screen, or if you manually start a new trip on the Trips screen, the fields on this tab automatically populate based on the list of crew runs assigned to the schedule. If there is an entry for any of the crew run IDs on the spareboard for the trip date, the employee on the trip is automatically replaced with the employee on the spareboard.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on schedule ID, trip ID, from/to date, trip date, dispatcher/assistant dispatcher signoff, status, location ID, consist ID, and route ID. Departure time and destination time may be added to the filter dialog using Administrator mode.
The fields in the top section of the tab define the information that displays.
