Attributes

The Attributes screen enables you to display and define information that can be tracked throughout the procurement process. You can assign attributes to stages within the procurement process (bids, estimates, requisitions, and/or delivery) and specify whether the attributes apply to specific types of line items associated with procurement (commercial work, equipment units, non-stock items, and/or fees). Examples of attributes include purchase terms, late penalties, and reference numbers.
