Tasks Included in Run |
The Tasks Included in Run tab displays information about the tasks included in the run.
Note:
Once a task has a date scheduled on the Work
Assignment screen (it need not have a bay or employee specified),
it is excluded from the tasks included in the run, and no employees
or bays are scheduled for it unless there is a check in the Include work that has already been scheduled
field on the Data -> Shop Activity
-> Scheduling -> Create
Schedules screen.
If there is a check in the Include
work that has already been scheduled field, scheduled tasks
are included in the run and rescheduled by the run. (Bays and employees
are still blocked out as unavailable during their preassigned periods,
however.)
Task order, as defined by stage order and task order within each stage is taken into account. A task may not be scheduled until all prior tasks have been scheduled. If a bay is scheduled for a task on the Work Assignment screen, the task is not included in the tasks included in the run.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on run ID, location ID, run description, and start/end date and time.
