Create Schedule |
The Create Schedule screen enables you to run the shop scheduler to schedule all incomplete tasks on open work orders at a shop location.
The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that displays.
Shop location ID
Identifier of the shop for which you are viewing or creating a schedule. There must be a check in the Shop scheduling active field on the Functions tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen. This field has a list box. The shop location name displays to the right of the ID.
Run ID
Identifier of the sequential number assigned to each upload. This field has a list box.
Data in the fields at the bottom section of this tab define a single run of the shop scheduler. Unless otherwise indicated, these fields are required.
Run description
Description of the upload, typically used to distinguish it from other uploads. It can include the date and other identifying information. Use hyphens, not slashes, to separate the elements of the date.
Run date and time
Date and time of the upload. This field is display only.
Schedule period end date and time
Date and time the schedule period ends.
Include work that has already been scheduled
If this field has a check, you can schedule around assignments already made on the Data -> Shop Activity -> Work Assignment -> Work Assignment screen.
