The Additional Data screen enables you to define equipment unit specifications. Specifications define the common physical attributes of components. These include year, make, model; description; sub-components or parts; measurements; and meters. Users specify which attributes (“properties”) belong to the specification.

Information about the equipment unit’s axles, wheelbase, frame, height, insurance, and paint
Information about the equipment unit’s weight, including tare, scale, and gross
Information about the equipment unit’s capacities, including fuel, oil, and other fluids
Information about the equipment unit’s component warranties, including vendor, deductible, and expiration
Define scheduled repair jobs by task ID or standard job ID for an equipment unit
Information about the equipment unit’s special equipment, including its type, manufacturer, model, size, and part number
