Work Order Completion


The Work Order Completion screen enables you to review, finish, and close work orders. The advantage of this screen over other work order screens is that you can manage task completion in a single process: update information related to PM tasks, assign work accomplished codes to tasks, and assign employee IDs to unassigned PM tasks.

Information about work orders, including IDs; job types; equipment and PM information; and dates and times of significant work order events

Comments about work orders

Notes

Notes about selected work orders

Task Completion

Assign completion/work accomplished codes and employee IDs to tasks on work orders

Service Requests/Defects

Remove service requests assigned to the work order

Files

Display and record comments about work orders

Charge Details

Details about all labor and parts charges, and commercial charges to selected work orders
