Equipment Status |
The Equipment Status screen displays data about the status of equipment units under service level agreements (SLAs). The statistics are for SLAs that do not have an availability location defined. If an SLA has an availability location defined, use the Data -> Equipment Management -> Service Level Agreements -> Equipment Availability screen.
For each SLA, this screen shows:
Current summary of the status of all equipment units governed by the SLA
An inventory of the equipment units covered by the SLA
Current availability status of other SLAs for the same equipment category
Note: This screen supports department-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.

Current status of an SLA, including the number of units IN and OUT OF SERVICE; specify the start and end times for the requirements period; record a snapshot of the data for historical purposes
Lists of department-assigned equipment units and their equipment status
Availability of units of the same equipment category from other departments
