Work Orders Used On


The Work Orders Used On tab enables you to view information about the work orders on which the part appears.

The Location Information screen supports location level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.

Detail View Header

Data in the fields in the top section of this tab are display only from the Basic Info tab.

Part ID

Identifier of the part currently selected in the grid. This field has a zoom button (to the Data -> Parts Items -> Cross references screen, which defines cross-references of part IDs) and a list box. The part description displays to the right of the ID.

Part suffix

Number associated with the part in the Part ID field, which distinguishes it from other parts with the same part ID.

Inventory location ID

Identifier of the location where the part inventory is stored. This field has a list box. The location name displays to the right of the ID.

Detail View

Data in the fields on the bottom section of this tab, presented in a screen group, display information about the work orders. Refer the related documentation for these products. All fields are display only.

Show more button

Select this button to see more activity for the part. Data returned is based upon the Number of work order posting rows to display initially option value on the User Groups>Special Rights screen.

For example, if the option value is set to 5, each selection of the Show more button will return 5 additional rows of data.

Show all button

Select this button to see all activity for the part. Data returned is limited to 9999 rows, sorted by date, in descending order.

Note: The initial view of this data table's results is based upon the Number of work order posting rows to display initially option value that is set on the User Groups>Special Rights screen.

Date

Date the work order was opened.

Work order ID

Identifier of the work order for the parts charge.

Equipment ID

Identifier of the equipment unit assigned to the work order.

Quantity issued

Quantity of the part that was issued on each of the work order parts postings.

Work order location ID

Identifier of the shop location assigned to the work order.

Work order year

Calendar year in which the work order was opened.

Work order number

Number of the work order.
