Tasks (Multi-unit Projects - Primary Information) |
The Tasks tab enables you to display and define tasks for the multi-unit project. Tasks added to or modified on a multi-unit project for which work orders or service requests have already been generated are updated on those work orders and service requests. Task lists on pending service requests (i.e., those not assigned to a work order) and work orders in either PENDING or OPEN status are also updated based on changes to task IDs.
The Primary Information screen supports location-level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
Tip:To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on project ID, originator, begin/completion date, campaign number, and account ID, among other values. This tab displays a maximum of 500 group rows.
The fields in the top section of this tab define the data that displays.
