Call Center Module |
The Call Center module enables call center staff members to collect information about vehicles that need repair and PM work from commercial vendors. The module can collect this information from equipment vendors, operator supervisors, and zone managers. This information can assist you in the selection of appropriate commercial vendors based on the vehicle's location and type of work required.
