Overview - System Management Setup |
The Setup menu provides access to the following screens:
Access to screens that display and define users and the user groups which specify their access rights
Access to screens that enable you to manage your access keys and facility codes
Chat electronically with other users, create public and personal groups of users, and manage subscriptions to groups
Input license keys to gain access to optional modules (such as Labor Capture or Linear Assets) that you have purchased
Create custom choice lists for text fields
Define data mapping between data items and how those items are defined in external systems
Manage the ID sequences that are generated automatically for data items
Specifications regarding how long certain types of data are retained and how they are deleted
Performance Measures and Metrics
Analyze Performance Measures and Metrics (PMM) data quickly and easily
Access to screens that display and define standard and label printer types and printer devices and queues
Access to screens that display and define screens, windows (tabs on the screens), control types, controls, and database objects. Additionally, you can refresh the database from this menu
