The More Info tab enables you to display and define additional information about templates.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that displays in the fields in the tab area.
Project template ID
Identifier of the project template currently selected in the grid or that you are defining. This field has a list box. If the ID already exists, the template description displays to the right of the ID.
You may modify the template ID on an equipment planning project if the project status is either REQUEST or PLANNED. Once a project status changes to ACTIVE, COMPLETE, or CANCELED, however, the template ID may not be changed.
The fields of data in the bottom section of this tab define the template information. All fields are optional.
Expiration date
Date and time (in MMDDYYYY format) that the project template expires.
Assembly method ID
Identifier of the assembly method for the project. This field has a list box. The method description displays to the right of the ID.
Assembly method IDs are defined on the Data -> Equipment Management -> Equipment Planning -> Setup -> Assembly Methods screen.
Estimated unit cost
Estimate of the cost, per equipment unit, for projects that use the template. The system uses this cost to calculate the total estimated cost of the project, which displays in the Estimated base cost/per equipment unit field on the Basic Info tab of the Data -> Equipment Management -> Equipment Planning -> Projects screen.
Lease rate
The lease rate for the equipment unit.
Repair reason to be used on work orders for project
The repair reason used on work orders. Select the repair reason from the choice-list in this field for that repair reason to be used as default for projects for the asset created with this template. This field has a list box. This field is optional.
The fields in the Specification engineers screen group enable you review and specify the engineers responsible for the template specifications.
Delete
To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.
User ID
Identifier of the user (who is an engineer) responsible for the specification ID.
User name
Name associated with the user ID.
Specification ID
Identifier of the specification for which the user ID is responsible.
Comments
Comments about the specification ID. This field is optional.
The fields in the Approval events required screen group display the approval events required for projects of that template and the order in which they must occur. Employees are then set up with the approval events for which they are responsible or authorized. The information is used for workflows in the Web Modules Equipment Planning Portal.
Delete
To delete the entries in the fields to the right, place a check in this field and click Save.
Order
Number corresponding to the sequence in which the event must occur.
Event type ID
Identifier of the event type. This field has a list box. Required if the user is authorized to approve the event (there is a check in the Employee has authority to approve these approval events field on the Authority Info tab of the Data -> Shop Activity -> Setup -> Employees -> Primary Information screen).
Event types are defined on the Data -> Equipment Management -> Equipment Planning -> Setup -> Event Types screen.
Comments
Comments about the event. This field is optional.
