The Setup menu for warranties provides access to the following screens.
Specify how warranty claims are managed
Define warranty attributes such as payment terms and resolution contact information
Define whether a specific warranty claim status, such as APPROVED OR CLOSED, indicates that the claim is settled, closed, or both
Record manufacturer-specific complaint codes that can be related to symptoms and fail codes on service requests for warranty purposes
Record manufacturer-specific cause codes that can be related to symptoms and fail codes on service requests for warranty purposes
