Component Assignment History |
The Assignment History screen displays a history of component relationships as they are added, deleted, or modified. It also tracks yard moves at the current location.
Equipment ID
Identifier of the equipment unit currently selected in the grid. The equipment unit year, manufacturer, and model display to the right of the ID. If you click the zoom button to the right of the field, the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen appears.
Tip: You can set a zoom button for this field to detect the type of equipment and display the appropriate screen. If you used Administrator Mode to add a zoom button, you will need to use it again to remove your user-defined zoom button for this functionality to work.
Start date
Date and time (24-hour clock from 00:00 to 23:59) the assignment began.
End date
Date and time the assignment ended. This field is blank for the current assignment.
Meter 1 life total at assignment
Total number of meter 1 units the equipment unit has been operated, to the nearest whole unit, at the Start date field on this screen.
Meter 1 life total at end of assignment
Total number of meter 1 units the equipment unit has been operated by the end of the assignment.
The screen group in the bottom section of this tab displays the meter 1 information for the assignment.
Component ID
Identifier of the component associated with the equipment ID. This field has a zoom button to the Data -> Equipment Units -> Components -> Primary Information screen.
Components are defined as equipment units on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Fleet Equipment screen.
Position ID
Identifier of the position associated with the equipment ID. Equipment unit positions are defined on the Data -> Equipment Units -> Setup -> Positions screen.
When a component or other equipment unit is associated with a parent equipment unit through the Data -> Equipment Units -> Components -> Component Relationships screen and the component has a position defined, that position will be tracked along with other pertinent information, including the meters of both assets.
Meter 1 at assignment
Meter 1 reading at the beginning of the assignment.
Meter 1 at end of assignment
Meter 1 reading at the end of the assignment.
