Components - Primary Information |
A component is major part, or assembly, of an equipment unit. The Primary Information screen for components enables you to display and define components (other than vehicles) that you can associate with parent equipment units. To associate a component with an equipment unit, use the Data -> Equipment Units -> Components -> Component Relationships screen.
The number of components that you can insert into the system is dependent on your organization's license.

Note: The Primary Information screen supports department-level and location level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
