Movement |
The Movement tab displays information about part movement and internal rebuild activity at a location. This tab contains summary data for one location. Up to 500 months of history data displays.
To view inventory updates made on the Data -> Parts Activity -> Inventory Counts screen on this tab, there must be a check in the Adjust inventory to counts for all items at this location ID for part counts on or after ____ field on that screen.
To view movement data at all locations at which the part is stocked, go to the Movement tab of the Data -> Parts Items -> Primary Information screen.
Tip: You can use the filter to restrict the information that displays to a specific part ID, part suffix, inventory location, keyword, short description, product category, or part classification, among others. If you specify a cross-reference part ID that cannot be found, the applicable part ID is searched for and displayed.
The Location Information screen supports location level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
Data in the fields in the top section of this tab are display only from the Basic Info tab.
