The More Info tab displays additional information about the part quantities stocked at a location, including the quantity committed, to be reconciled, and pending. All fields are display only.
Tip: You can use the filter to restrict the information that displays to a specific part ID, part suffix, inventory location, keyword, short description, product category, or part classification, among others. If you specify a cross-reference part ID that cannot be found, the applicable part ID is searched for and displayed.
The Location Information screen supports location level access control, so you must belong to a user group with the applicable authorizations to make changes or updates.
Data in the fields in the top section of this tab are display only from the Basic Info tab.
Part ID
Identifier for the part currently selected in the grid. This field has a zoom button (to the Data -> Parts Items -> Cross references screen, which defines cross-references of part IDs) and a list box. The part description displays to the right of the ID.
Part suffix
Number associated with the part in the Part ID field, which distinguishes it from other parts with the same part ID.
Inventory location ID
Identifier of the part location where the inventory is located. This field has a list box. The location name displays to the right of the ID.
Data in the fields on the bottom section of this tab display information about the part quantities stocked at this location. All fields are display only.
Quantity to be reconciled
The quantity that has been issued but not received.
Note: If applicable, a value displays only if there is a check in the Allow issues from stock with insufficient inventory field on the Inventory-More Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.
Value to be reconciled
The value of the quantity that has been issued but not received, based on the quantity multiplied by the current issue price.
Quantity committed
Number of parts committed to a work order or another location, both of which are specified on the Parts Information tab of the Data -> Parts Activity -> Requests screen. Must be equal to or less than quantity requested.
Quantity committed affects availability when you use the Data -> Purchasing -> Reordering screen. A part's availability for issue is affected only when there is a check in the Committed quantity not available to issue field on the Inventory - More Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.
Quantity pending order
Number of parts with a line item status of either PENDING or OPEN on a requisition, purchase order, or both. Listed on the applicable Line Items tab of the Data -> Enterprise Purchasing -> Purchase Orders and Data -> Enterprise Purchasing -> Requisitions screens.
Tip: Pending and open orders affect replenishment results, so do not leave requisitions or purchase orders open unnecessarily.
Quantity pending rebuild
Number of parts pending internal rebuild. Internal rebuilds are listed on the Data -> Parts Repair -> Internal Rebuilds screen.
Quantity out for rebuild
Number of parts out for rebuild. This quantity is gathered from the External Rebuilds screen line in items.
Quantity transfer:
Out pending
For the location ID specified on this screen, number of parts being sent from the From location ID field on the Data -> Parts Activity -> Stock Transfers screen.
In pending
For the location ID specified on this screen, number of parts being received at the To location ID field on the Data -> Parts Activity -> Stock Transfers screen.
Note: When the transfer status is SEND PARTS OUT, the values in the Out pending and In pending fields increase. When the transfer status is RECEIVE PARTS IN, the values in the Out pending and In pending fields decrease.
Request in pending
For the location ID specified on this screen, number of parts with the status REQUEST TRANSFER. When parts are sent out, the number sent is deducted from the total listed in this field.
Quantity pending picking
The amount of the item that is pending being picked. This quantity is gathered from the Put-away Cards screen when a picking card is created.
